How did you get started in this business?
I am a creative person and have never had a job that allowed me to use my creativity.
I created gift baskets for my family and friends who enjoyed them so much that they commented to me that I should open a gift basket business, and actually encouraged me to do so.
In March, 2001, I researched the Gift Basket industry, obtained a business license and launched the business from my home, which became the best job of my career.
How long has the store been opened?
Why should I buy from you when I can purchase a gift basket at a lower cost elsewhere?
I am dedicated to providing high quality gift baskets and include only those products that meet my high standards of excellence.
Can you ship a gift basket with chocolate in it in the summertime?
Yes. We insulate the basket and add ice packs to protect it from high temperatures.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. However, the listed shipping costs do not apply to shipments outside the United States. International shipment costs will be quoted upon request. Please contact us for shipping costs before placing and paying for an order!
Do you ship to a post office box address?
No. We need a physical address to ship to unless it is a military APO.
Does the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on interstate alcohol shipments allow you to ship wine baskets anywhere in the United States?
No, we can only ship wine gift baskets to AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VT, WV, WI, WY. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of opening up interstate commerce, but the court does not tell the states how to change their laws.
It is up to each state's legislature to react to the ruling and establish and enforce their own alcohol related shipping policies. This will take some time. Check back for an updated list of states where we can deliver wine to; hopefully more states will be added soon!
Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments.

We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right!
What is your product substitution policy?
In the rare instance when our supply of a particular item is depleted, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.
