Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, if we are shipping USPS. We need a physical address if shipping via UPS unless it is a military APO.
How did you get started in this business?
I started creating gift baskets for my family and friends, then began getting offers from businesses to create gift baskets for them.
In March, 2001, I researched the Gift Basket industry, obtained a business license and launched the business from my home, which became the best job of my career.
As time went on, the business grew enough for us to purchase a building and, after we remodeled it, launched Franni's Gift Expressions at 1215 East Front Street, Port Angeles, Washington in November, 2004.
How long has the store been opened?
As time went on, inventory became an issue and was taking over our home. My husband, Bill, and I bought a small house. He remodeled it and added a retail section to the front of it. We opened the store on November 1, 2004, just in time for the Christmas season.
Do you ship outside the USA?
No. We ship nationally...No international shipping is available.
What is your guarantee policy?
We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we'll make it right!
How long does it take for my item to ship?
We will ship your item within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, unless there is a holiday. If you place an order on Saturday, your item will ship by the following Tuesday, unless Tuesday is a holiday. In that case, your order will ship on Wednesday.
